03 / Can you see clients outside the U.S.?

Yes,  my certifications allow me to serve clients globally. The majority of my clients currently are in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and New Zealand.

I offer all of my services via Zoom.

04 / Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, I am unable to accept insurance.

I am able to accept HSA and FSA payments (Health Savings Plans) as payment for One-on-one Coaching or Circles. You can use your HSA/FSA debit card as payment at checkout.

05 / What makes you different from a therapist?

I am not a licensed therapist, and I practice as a life coach and holistic health coach. My coaching style gives tangible tools, skills, and exercises for forward focus change and growth. I also offer a holistic approach and incorporate mind-body wellness and alternative healing approaches into all of my recommendations. I recommend that all clients work in tandem with a licensed mental health practitioner.

“A professional coach, including a life coach, executive coach, personal coach, or business coach, who has had coach-specific training and who serves clients exclusively as a coach, as long as the professional coach does not engage in the practice of psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, licensed professional counseling, psychotherapy, or addiction counseling, as those practices are defined in Colorado Revised Statutes.”

06 / Are you accepting new clients?

Yes, I am accepting new one on one coaching clients, as well as, there are openings in both the morning and evening Women’s Healing Circle.
