As we near the final Libra Eclipse until 2033, we reach a culmination point.
All that has been brought to light over the past year is no longer ignorable, and it is beckoning us for change.
Whether that’s merely a change in perspective or a new approach to an old issue, Eclipses are not always this disruptive force that turns our lives upside down.
They ask us to get clear on our authenticity, on our truest desires, and to be honest with ourselves on how we’re aligning with those things.
They ask us: where are we headed and is that actually where we want to be going?
If we’re not being true to ourselves, we’ll be made aware of it during Eclipse Seasons.
We’ll be asked to let things go, even if they are just certain mindsets and emotional reactivities.
Our behavior patterns come up for review, just as much as relationships, living situations, or jobs that are no longer in alignment.
Eclipses can feel so destabilizing for some because they are no longer able to suppress their truth.
The Libra / Aries Eclipse Axis that has been activated since April 19, 2023, has been collectively centered around themes of the self and the other and finding balance between the two.
We’ve been shown where our self-isolation patterns have been keeping us frozen in time… how they may be protecting us, but also hurting us.
We’ve been shown if any of our relationships are out of balance… maybe where we’ve been people pleasing or doing things out of obligation to keep the peace – while internally suffering or going against our own needs.
We’ve been made aware of certain relationship patterns and cycles that we’ve repetitively experiencing and our active participation in the pattern (abuse/trauma exempt).
Lunar Eclipses, like the one on September 17th, are often more inward and emotional. We are made hyper aware of how we feel about something, and it is sometimes even mirrored outwardly into external events.
Solar Eclipses tend to feel more chaotic because they seem external to us and out of our control. They facilitate the changes in our reality often without our active participation in making the changes.
In the moment they can feel destabilizing, but they are ultimately here for our benefit.
They are to align us with our true authentic path and deepest desires, even if we aren’t able to comprehend their benefits for months or years later.
The Libra Solar Eclipse on October 2nd will be conjunct the South Node, Lilith, Mercury, and the Sun.
With the South Node activated, there will be many themes similar to a Full Moon of release, letting go, and the past coming to light. We may reflect on our own patterning and conditioning and how our choices have brought us to where we are today.
With Lilith, Mercury, and the Sun, we may see our deepest (even primal) desires being shared or acted upon, even without our premeditation.
Things are not always seen clearly during Eclipses, so we may not have a full understanding of what we’re wanting to communicate, so it may be best to wait a couple of weeks before sharing major news, downloads, or feelings.
But, if you find yourself doing so, know that ultimately it is aligning you with your most authentic path, desires, and goals.
Anything that falls away from our life (or is brought into our life) during an Eclipse Season is significant to our future.
If something leaves, it was meant to eventually… it just may feel more abrupt during the chaos of an Eclipse. But, it was always meant to go and to rest assured there is purpose and meaning as to why.
You can look to your Natal North and South Node for more insight as to how the Eclipse events may be aligning you with your soul’s path.
