Pluto and The Angles

Pluto & The Angles

ASC, IC, DC, MC

You may have heard Astrologers talking about how Pluto in Aquarius will be affecting the Fixed Signs the most (Aquarius, Taurus, Leo, and Scorpio). And that is because Pluto moving into Aquarius will be aspecting these placements in some way over the next 18 years. If you have planets in any of the fixed signs (Sun, Moon, Venus, etc.), Pluto will make a harsh aspect (conjunct, square, or opposition) to your natal planet at some point in the next 18 years.

But equally as important, if you are an Aquarius, Taurus, Leo, or Scorpio Rising, Pluto will be transiting your Angles.

When Pluto transits the angles of your natal chart, it signals deeply transformative periods that redefine the core of who you are and how you relate to the world. Each angle (Ascendant, IC, Descendant, and Midheaven) represents a foundational aspect of your life. As Pluto touches these points of the natal chart, it brings an energy of intense, cathartic change, urging you to let go of old structures, patterns, and identities that no longer serve your evolution.

These transits often last for roughly 3 years, so they are deeply impactful and can unearth major change. On the other side of these transits, you will not be the same.

Aquarius Risings ::: Pluto Transiting the Ascendant: This transit awakens a powerful, sometimes challenging rebirth of self. Pluto here presses you to confront shadow aspects and rebuild a more authentic identity, often leading to profound personal empowerment. Relationships shift as you step more into your truth, likely revealing those who truly see you versus those aligned with the “old you.” This transit may feel like a karmic cleansing. At the same time, Pluto is opposing your Descendant so you will also see similar changes as Leo Risings.

Scorpio Risings ::: Pluto Transiting the IC: The IC, or the roots of your chart, relates to family, home, and deeply ingrained emotional patterns. With Pluto here, you may confront generational or family-based wounds, heal ancestral traumas, or experience significant shifts in your family structure or living environment. It’s an inward exploration into emotional restructuring, where new foundations can emerge after a period of releasing old wounds. This is a deeply transformative healing time. At the same time, Pluto is opposing your Midheaven so you will also see similar changes as Taurus Risings.

Leo Risings ::: Pluto Transiting the Descendant: Crossing the Descendant, Pluto sheds light on patterns in partnerships and relationships. This is a transformative period where the dynamics in close relationships intensify, often revealing power struggles, dependencies, or aspects of yourself reflected in others. Ultimately, it’s about reclaiming power and forging deeper, more reciprocal connections. The beginning of this transit may bring up shadow dynamics and confrontations in partnerships that ultimately lead to healthier forms of relating as the transit progresses. At the same time, Pluto is opposing your Ascendant so you will also see similar changes as Aquarius Risings.

Taurus Risings ::: Pluto Transiting the Midheaven: As Pluto crosses the Midheaven, you’re called to re-envision your public role, career, and long-term ambitions. This transit can bring upheaval in your professional life, compelling you to find deeper meaning in your work and to align with a purpose that resonates more fully. Often, it’s a time of claiming authority, but not without letting go of roles or reputations that no longer match the true you. This is a very empowering transit once you make it through the upheaval in the beginning. At the same time, Pluto is opposing your IC so you will also see similar changes as Scorpio Risings.

Each of these transits demands honesty, resilience, and a willingness to let go of what’s no longer aligned. Pluto’s energy may feel intense or disruptive, but it ultimately brings rebirth, helping you align with your deeper purpose and integrity.

Hi, I´m Danielle

Little Moon Wellness has transformed greatly over the years. I began my journey in 2013 with holistic health and herbalism, transitioning into hormone healing and, to now practicing as a Trauma Recovery Coach.

Yet, in the aftermath of Covid, it has become increasingly obvious how much we all desire connection and are desperately seeking the support of a loving and accepting community.

In 2020, I began hosting Circles to facilitate a deeper sense of belonging, and a new element of Little Moon Wellness was born.

In 2023, Little Moon Wellness opened its doors in the heart of the Santa Fe Arts District in Denver, CO. As a Healing Collective, it offers a safe space for those looking to build community and connect deeper with themselves and others on their healing journey. The space offers a wide range of healing modalities including coaching, circles, ceremonies, workshops and retreats.
