Regardless of where you are on your journey, I'm here to help. I offer a personalized coaching package where we tailor our sessions to your needs. We meet twice a month or weekly for 3 months (Six or 12, 50 minute sessions).
Compassionate coaching that leads to healing and new ways of coping and relating. We will focus our attention on the areas which you feel need the most time and energy. *It is highly encouraged to work in tandem with a therapist to explore trauma. This style of coaching is forward focused after trauma has been worked on with a licensed professional.*
