My coaching specializes in mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. Through working together, we will examine your past to understand how it has shaped you. We will uncover any unhealed wounds that are creating triggers in your present reality and work to heal the source of those wounds. We help you heal from past trauma and improve your mind-body health. We will help you recover and heal from any toxic or abusive relationships. We will also focus on the present and explore how your thoughts and feelings are affecting you and work to shift any patterns that are hurting or hindering you.
Through my work, I incorporate mindfulness practices, self-regulation, and cognitive restructuring. I show you how to become the observer of your thoughts instead of actively engaging in negative thought spirals. I will teach you self-regulation to calm anxiety and stress. We will define and help you achieve goals, create healthy habits, and prioritize selfcare.
My goal is to empower you, to show you skills to expand your toolbox, and to teach you how manage issues on your own in the future. Together, we will explore what is holding you back from creating the life you desire. By examining and shifting your subconscious beliefs and your internal narrative, we will facilitate lasting change and growth and help you to embody undeniable self-love and self worth.

A 50 minute session, via Zoom. Coaching sessions are designed to help reprogram your subconscious, shift your beliefs and patterns, and facilitate lasting changes in your life.
To create lasting change, it is recommended to meet every 1-2 weeks. A commitment to doing the work is needed to make a shift in any and all areas of life; such as self-reflection and being open to discussing/exploring hard topics.
Regardless of where you are on your journey, I'm here to help. I offer a personalized coaching package where we tailor our sessions to your needs. We meet twice a month for 3 months (Six, 50 minute sessions).
Within 1:1 coaching plans, we will explore every aspect of your health and wellness from body, mind, emotional and spiritual. We will focus our attention on the areas which you feel need the most time and energy. As we work together, we will understand what is holding you back from being your best self and slowly integrate new habits and beliefs to help transform your life. I specialize in self-love & self worth, overcoming fear and self-doubt, increasing confidence, mindset shifts, rewriting limiting beliefs, self-development, strengthening your intuition, loving your body, spiritual health, emotions, life's purpose and more.
