Little Moon Wellness has transformed greatly over the years. I began my journey in 2013 with holistic health and herbalism, transitioning into hormone healing and, to now practicing as a Trauma-Informed Coach.
Yet, in the aftermath of Covid, it has become increasingly obvious how much we all desire connection and are desperately seeking the support of a loving and accepting community.
In 2020, I began hosting Circles to facilitate a deeper sense of belonging, and a new element of Little Moon Wellness was born.
In 2023, Little Moon Wellness opened its doors in the heart of the Santa Fe Arts District in Denver, CO. As a Healing Collective, it offers a safe space for those looking to build community and connect deeper with themselves and others on their healing journey. The space offers a wide range of healing modalities including coaching, circles, ceremonies, workshops and retreats.
